Zzavira is operated by Navya Group of Companies. It is a Multi Vendor Multi Service Platform that connects Customers, Vendors and Service Providers across Chhattisgarh. By using our website or mobile applications, you accept these Terms and Conditions. 

2. Eligibility

• Users must be at least 18 years old.
• Information provided must be accurate.
• Fake identities are prohibited.
• Users are responsible for maintaining account security.

3. Account Registration

• Registration through Mobile Number.
• Email Registration.
• Google Sign-In.
• OTP Verification may be required.
• Providing false information may result in account suspension.

4. Zero Commission Policy

Zzavira follows a Zero Commission Business Model. We charge subscription fees only. No commission is deducted from product or service transactions unless specifically notified. 

5. Customer Terms

• Provide genuine information.
• Place authentic orders only.
• Respect Vendors and Service Providers.
• Make payments on time.
• No fake orders.
• No abusive language.
• No misuse of offers.
• No fraudulent activities.

6. Vendor Terms

• Maintain accurate product information.
• Sell only genuine products.
• Display correct prices.
• Maintain stock availability.
• Comply with GST and Indian Laws.
• Avoid counterfeit or prohibited products.
• Provide customer support.
• Handle returns according to policy.

7. Service Provider Terms

• Provide professional services.
• Honor bookings.
• Maintain required licenses.
• Arrive on time.
• Maintain quality standards.
• Use professional conduct.
• Ensure customer safety.

9. Returns & Refunds

Refunds and returns depend upon the Vendor's or Service Provider's policy and applicable law. Customized products and completed services may not be eligible for refunds.

• Hacking
• Spam
• Abusive Reviews
• Copyright Violation

11. Suspension & Termination

Zzavira reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account involved in fraudulent, illegal or abusive activities. 

12. Disclaimer

Zzavira only provides the technology platform connecting Customers, Vendors and Service Providers. We do not manufacture, inspect or guarantee products or services listed by third parties. 

13. Limitation of Liability

Zzavira shall not be responsible for indirect losses, vendor disputes, service quality issues, business losses or damages arising from the use of the platform. 

14. Privacy

Your information is collected and processed according to our Privacy Policy. By using Zzavira, you consent to the collection and use of your information for providing platform services. 

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Courts located in Korba, Chhattisgarh.
